St. Elizabeth Ann Seton offers rental space for your special event in our Meeting Room and our Gymnasium.


The Meeting Room rents for $75.00 for Parishioners and $150.00 for Non-Parishioners for a three hour period. The capacity in the Meeting Room is 56 people with tables and chairs and 120 people with just chairs. You will need to have special events liability insurance to rent with us. This is available through us for $95.00 or you can check with your personal homeowner’s insurance to obtain it.


The Gymnasium rents for $300.00 for Parishioners and $560.00 for Non-Parishioners for a four hour period. You may rent additional time (up to a total of six hours) for $75.00 per extra hour. The capacity of the Gymnasium is 332 people with tables and chairs and 711 people with just chairs. You will need to have special events liability insurance to rent with us. This is available through us for $95.00 or you can check with your personal homeowner’s insurance to obtain it. With rental of our gymnasium, you also will have access to our kitchen.


We also rent the Gymnasium for sporting events/sports teams. The rental price is $45.00 per hour for a one time and $35.00 per hour for long-term use. You will be required to obtain your own insurance as we are unable to provide insurance for sporting events/sports teams.
